Mission and vision

In my mission and vision, people (as part of nature) are central.

MISSION

In my ideal world, everyone views the world from the ' ME-WE ' paradigm in which people are central as an individual and as a collective. Or: I think people function optimally if they find a balance between being strong (autonomy) and connectedness with others, in which resilience is the connecting link.

For me it is the basis for a humane and sustainable world .

VISION

I want to contribute to this by working on the development of people and organizations , including through training and information material.

VALUES

I believe in the enormous (imaginative) power of people, in the power of humor and clear language.
