COACHING ON 'WELL-BEING AND RESILIENCE' AT SCHOOL

With my coaching programs I want to guide schools from A to Z in strengthening individual and collective well-being at school. We look at the challenges or expectations and together we try to find the appropriate answers for your school through a co-creative process.

Each process is therefore tailored to the school: the number of sessions, their form (physical or online), the content, etc. In this way, we can achieve effective answers together.

MY COACHING OFFER

Feeling good is a basic condition for learning and functioning well. But how do you create a school where everyone feels good?

Well-being has many facets. Some are beyond your control as a school, such as the rapidly changing world or the education system. But you can create a culture that promotes well-being and set up targeted actions that strengthen well-being.

 

The coaching can focus on various aspects, such as self-care of teachers, social-emotional learning of the students, developing a policy that focuses on well-being, etc.

MY COACHING APPROACH

THE CHALLENGE

Each coaching process starts with a discussion about the challenge(s) the school wants to tackle and/or a 'well-being' scan of the school. This way we want to define the challenge(s) to deal with.

StrATEGy

Once the challenge(s) are clear, we draw up an action plan together. It describes how we tackle the challenges. That can be by means of training, coaching with the team, providing a concrete method, organizing a survey, etc.

It is important that we see this as a co-creative process in which everyone shares their expertise.

IMPLEMENTATION

In this phase, we implement concrete actions in order to achieve the expected change.

EVALUATION

The aim of the process is to achieve concrete results and change. Therefore, continuous monitoring of the process is necessary. Once the action plan has been realised, we meet again to evaluate the entire process.
